Wasn't updating the dyebai blog for the past few days as a result of being busy with work,(My occupation surely is doing a very good job of getting me and everybody else occupied), various concerns ranging from monetary, physical, emotional and social concerns and monetary too oh crap, i already mentioned it. Putting it simply, my inability to formulate coherent thoughts rendered me having temporary blog paralysis.

I'm still under therapy(psyhiatric) so bits and pieces of will do:

Summer(?) Get-away

Since most people already described how the trip was, I won't elaborate it further. Let's just say it was fun in it's entirety. Although some parts were marred with bad roads, bad directions and horrible, horrible singing (care of yours truly :)) . Thanks to the good weather, I was able the enjoy the sun, the sand, and the sea. (while enjoying a good dosage of sleep). I actually planned to relax as much as possible, find some solitary spot, assume a yogi position, and meditate until I reach nirvana but some clickety fingers always finds the perfect time to capture and ruin the moment for me. Unfortunately, all of the fun things we got to do on that trip was over so soon. We went back to metropolitan wanting more. (Or was it just me?)

Why do good things always pass by so fast?

Another thing, I hate that spaghetti. I hate it. I really do. Ptuh! Ptuh!

Me, looking at the best metaphor of my immediate future: Nothingness.

Mia and Tina, I decided to be a good boy so I won't be dissin you. :)

Gbertz, You better think twice. You better.

Everybody wants to rule the world

I remember watching a movie starring Kirsten Dunst and someone from Dawson's creek, it's about how they were able to accidentally reveal the watergate scandal that caused the US president then, Richard Nixon, to resign. (Just found it, the movie was titled "Dick". hehe he was alright). Anyway, our own beloved local political shenanigans, particularly the opposition party was trying (they were trying alright) to stage a similar scandal that they plan to use to undermine the current adminstration's leadership. What the !#$! are they trying to !@#$ing do? It all started by trying to involve the president's family on jueteng. Unable to gain stronger grounds, or perhaps involve the head honcho herself, they try a different tactic. This time using "tapped conversations" of the president and comelec commisioner regarding the rigging of the election outcome, and giving it to almost everybody, they try to rouse the people into a revolution that should topple the presidency. Did they succeed? Thankfully no. (Well, I don't see any revolution happening in the near future).

Why they did not succeed?

a) Support of Business Communities - Local businessmen still supports the current administration. It simply means that the current Administration has somewhat brought economic gains compared to the past.

b) Support of the Church - By providing Ong a sanctuary do not reflect the overall sentiment of the church regarding the overall affairs. The church provided the help due to the immediate need.(Ong's life was in danger.(daw)). But to gain the support for the cause, you need to have CREDIBLE proofs of your allegations. (In the end, he was booted out the seminary, by not following simple instructions :))

c) Unified opposition - This term is somewhat an oxymoron. Since when did the opposition become unified since their overlord was placed in a house arrest? IMHO, this party is composed of the most ambitious, most power-hungry political personalities of the republic of pinas. In other words, they are the SITHS, the clowns which makes the Philippine political arena a circus. Ultimately, because of this, they are causing not only their own demise, but ours as well. One thing i particulary hate about them is that they are so !@#$!!!@d5mn popular! Please people think. I beg of you.

d) Military - The military's decisions were always been the turning point of any political upheavals. Arroyo has definitely done a good job in keeping the armed forces pleased with her since after the oakwood mutiny. The Military was always the last one to join any revolution, always ensuring that all the elements needed are there before they decide.

e) People - Ultimately, the most powerful of the all the elements, was not there. Yes, there were some who took the streets, but did they last? no. I think the reason was NOT because the detractors did not do a very good job of rousing the people, and that the people are simply tired of revolutions. I think the reason IS people are simply SMARTER. They know that what is currently there are mere allegations. People know that these allegations should be backed by SOLID and CREDIBLE proofs. The opposition tried to produce these by having authentications from foreign agencies. Where are they now? Where are you're so called reports? Nada. We could surely use that. Until then, save your saliva.

Cast of Characters

Arroyo - I bet the current storm will definitely go down on her memoirs. She still having lady-luck by her side. Oh were very sure you felt the political heat madame. But you definitely have a lot of explaining to do. Your silence on the issues does not help at all. This is what you get for breaking you're promise of not running for presidency.

Pimentel - Ambitions and desire for power can really corrupt. I once admired you during the Estrada's impeachment process but now? Your call for Arroyo's resignation understandable, you hold a grudge against her when Arroyo chose Guingona instead of you, but to also ask for De Castro's neck was simply overly stupid. Over what? Because both Arroyo and De Castro are elected in same questionable mandate. Get some facts first dude. You're ego is issuing checks you're brain can't cash.

Ong - You think you can rouse the people to a revolution? Dream on. Now, where is the "mother of all tapes" that will shake us all up? (I'm pretty sure it's Mahal's video that you're holding)
And by the way, with the amount of money you received to create a mess, I think you better save something for plastic surgery.

Susan Roces - She simply amazes me. She is smart woman. If only FPJ would have been like her.

Estrada - I'm sorry that you are being involved in this whole hulabaloo. But I really have this uncomfortable feeling tha you are behind all of these?

Whew! With all that said, I just want to make it clear that I am not pro-arroyo. I didn't event voted for her. I'm all for peace, unity, truth(amen). If there are some wrong doing, bring it on with evidences. But if you don't !@#$! have it, Then don't !@#$!ing rock the boat. We are all sharing the same leaky boat. Bunch of no-good a-h073s.

(ah, it sure feels good to let that out)

On a lighter note, Happy 25th Birthday Pac-Man!!
